Jewellery Making: Wire-wrapped Rings

In this session, jewellery designer and art teacher Naida Abbas demonstrates a range of simple techniques in how to craft a simple ring using wire and a single bead.

For those who are yet to try the art of designing your own jewellery, this lesson offers an accessible and easy to follow introductory guide into crafting unforgettable pieces that can either be given as a gift, or to be worn yourself.

Through this guide, Naida will demonstrate every stage of creating this ring, using a 0.8 and 0.5mm wire, an 8 – 10mm bead, and a variety of tools, giving you the beginnings of a creative skill for life.
