This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis on which SHF collects, uses and discloses personal information obtained from you when using the Website.

2.1. 3.1. You agree that SHF may share your Personal Information with any suppliers or subcontractors (“Suppliers”) that are assisting SHF with the operation of the Website and who have agreed to abide by the terms of this policy. 3.2. You agree that SHF may share your Personal Information with its advertising partners and sponsors (together “Sponsors”) who are involved in events at SHF venues.
Please note however that SHF will only provide this Personal Information to Sponsors after:
(a) your name and other personally identifying information has been removed;
(b) it has been combined with data from other Website users in such as way that it cannot be readily associated with you; and
(c) the Sponsor in question has agreed to abide by the terms of this policy

3.3. SHF will not otherwise share, sell or rent your credit/debit card details or other Personal Information. However, if SHF is required to disclose Personal Information by law or any governing authority or to protect its own legitimate interests, SHF agrees that it will use reasonable endeavors to seek your express permission to such a disclosure.
3.4. You may choose to provide your Personal Information to the Suppliers or other users of the Website and, in this case, SHF is not liable for the manner in which that Supplier or third party deals with your Personal Information. SHF recommends that you clearly establish the way in which that Supplier or third party can use your Personal Information before you provide it to them.
3.5. If SHF enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.

4.1. Whilst SHF has put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure and safeguard your Personal Information, SHF cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised access by third parties and SHF cannot guarantee that the Personal Information provided by you or that is transmitted via this Website or by e-mail or otherwise online is totally secure and safe.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy, as well as your access to the Website, is subject to and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute regarding this Policy or the handling of your Personal Information and General Information will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Abu Dhabi.
